Return, Exchanges & Refunds

We gladly offer returns/exchanges for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Once we've received your return we will issue you a digital gift card that never expires.

Or if you're exchanging for a new size we will send you a pre-paid return label. 

We are a small, zero waste, made to order, company, this method helps us stick to our eco-friendly values. 

While we do our best to avoid these for you, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Alpenglow Apparel is not responsible for delays due to customs or the mail service.

Once your order is shipped we can't change an improperly entered address. Please contact us ASAP if you think you entered your address wrong.
